**At the bottom of this page I am adding a link to an informational video and reading tools to understand more of what I am trying to say and the hidden dangers that MANY MANY people are consuming without even knowing.**
Its side effects have long term ramifications. People thinking they have an intolerance to a certain food may be mistaking that and it could very well be aspartame poisoning.
I have changed the diet of my family. As I am married with 3 kids under the age of 12. I decided to make most of our meals so there isnt any hidden dangers, dyes, msg. Its also cheaper! (Aspartame has over 75% of adverse reactions to the food additives, hence the reason why ive taken a healthier route with my family).
Aspartame was accidentally discovered in 1965 by James Schlatter (a chemist of J.D. Searle Company, who was testing for an anti-ulcer drug.
There have been over 900 studies conducted about aspartame and none of them are good or with good outcomes. Some of the serious reactions are seizures and death. There are 90 documented symptoms of aspartame poisoning (which I wont list, I will only list the ones that stick out to me.
Documented reactions of Aspartame:
-Headaches/migraines
-muscle spasms
-irritability
-heart palpitations
-tinnitus
-dizziness
-weight gain
-Tachycardia
-breathing difficulties
-vertigo
-rashes
-insomnia
-anxiety attacks
-memory loss
-nausea
-depression
-vision problems
-slurred speech
-joint pain
-numbness
-fatigue
-hearing loss
-loss of taste
**Side note..listed above are just reactions that could be symptoms of something else, doesnt mean that you are suffering from Aspartame poisoning.**
Also adverse effects of aspartame can bring out worse symptoms/side effects of chronic illnesses such as:
-Brain tumors
-alzheimers
-diabetes
-mental retardation
multiple sclerosis (MS)
-epilepsy
-lymphoma
-chronic fatigue syndrome
-birth defects
-parkinsons disease
-fibromyalgia
When you look at the ingredients in your food/beverage products they may not list aspartame at all. there are 3 things that make up aspartame which are:
-Aspardic (40% aspartame)
-Phenylalanine (50% aspartame)
-Methanol aka wood alcohol/poison (10% aspartame)
**Any of those ingredients you want to try to avoid or moderate when consuming in what you are eating/drinking.**
**Note: This article is not to scare anyone. Its just informational to make people more aware of what they are consuming and hopefully help people to better understand that this SHOULD be illegal to everyone. It is banned in some countries and should be banned everywhere. Again if you are experiencing some symptoms it may not be aspartame poisoning at all but something completely different, but it never hurts to keep an open mind about things.**
